Peel (or not!) your potatoes and cut into uniformly sized pieces. Place the potatoes onto a trivet on the base of your stainless steel pot and add 1.5 cups of water. Pressure cook for 6 minutes and quick release. Smash away adding salt, pepper, milk and butter to taste.
